As someone whose only real exercise is running, Jo has completely changed my view of what an efficient and effective fitness regime should be. I have attended a number of 1 to 1 and group PT sessions and have significantly increased my fitness, stamina and lost weight as an added bonus. Jo structures each session appropriately and the exercises she uses are well planned around the individual/s ability. I leave every session looking forward to the next! – James

I have had 10 weekly PT sessions with Jo and have been surprised by the increase in my level of fitness.  She has a cheery, encouraging coaching style, which is motivating.   The sessions are fun but hard work and I leave feeling that I have pushed myself.  The fitness tests really showed a dramatic increase in my fitness levels, which is motivating me to carry on with keeping fit.  I would without hesitation recommend Jo, whatever your personal fitness goals might be. -Tamara

Jo’s Pilates classes are the highlight of my week.  Her friendly personality coupled with her extensive knowledge are the perfect combination.  Jo helps and encourages every person to get the maximum benefit from each class.  She works with all levels of abilities and will adapt each exercise to suit the individuals in her class whether they are beginners, experienced or carrying an injury.  I personally have a number of injuries and Jo’s classes are making the world of difference in helping me regain my core strength and flexibility to overcome them.  I would recommend anyone to join Jo’s classes and I can promise you will be hooked! – Bobbie

I have been going to Jo’s Power Core for several months and really enjoy what we do in class.  Jo is focused, motivational and makes the hour whizz by very quickly, she is full of energy and optimism and I would highly recommend a Power Core class to anyone.  I feel much better each week for having attended! Having moved to Farnham 3 years ago and knowing no one, Jo’s spin studio has been a lovely way to make friends. I love the intimate nature of the classes which feel more like a personal training session than a group class, the music is contemporary but not techno thumping. Jo gets the best out of you in her quiet and encouraging way – no sergeant-major style shouting to try harder and do better. I look forward to my spin class every week and sometimes treat myself to a 2nd! – Nicola

I have been going to Jo’s spinning class for a year and I absolutely love it. Her spinning classes take place in her peaceful studio (although not so peaceful when the class starts). I go once or twice a week and not one class has been the same: Jo makes sure she changes the workout and play list each time which is a great motivation.
