For adults of all abilities, from complete beginners through to competent swimmers – including triathletes – who wish to improve technique and stamina. Jo uses her experience of technique coaching, swim club coaching and fitness instructing to achieve results in both swimming style and endurance.

When teaching children Jo works to ASA guidelines, developing water confidence and technique in a fun and motivating manner. Please ask for more details about 1-1 or small group lessons in the privacy of your own pool.
