The controlled, flowing movements of Pilates strengthen the core, help realign postural imbalances, improve flexibility and develop functional balance. Pilates brings mind and body together by concentrating on lateral thoracic breathing, core engagement and precision of movement.

MAT PILATES classes are available in The Studio, Lower Bourne, maximum of 8 people allowing for detailed technique instruction and optimum results.
