Jo Evans PT and Harbour Yoga have partnered up to create ‘Feel Good’ events.  These are typically 9.30am-3.00pm on weekdays or 10.30am-5.00pm on weekends.


You can expect a cardio workout, mat based resistance sessions, pure stretch, vinyasa flow yoga, a nutritional lunch, a talk by a local nutritionist, a question and answer session, smoothies, restorative yoga, take home bags and more.  For booking details please visit
